Privacy Policy

This is a privacy policy and data protection statement in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Prepared on January 1, 2023.

For what purpose is personal data required?

The purpose of processing personal data is to sell and market services, maintain customer relationships, and track website visitors.

What personal data is collected, and how long is it retained?

The customer database contains the following information: the individual’s name, contact information (phone number, email address, mailing address), details of services ordered and any changes thereto, customer project details, billing information, and other information related to the customer relationship and the services ordered. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which the data is used.

The information stored in the registry is obtained from the customer through, for example, messages sent via web forms, email, telephone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations in which the customer provides their information.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.

What rights does a person listed in the registry have?

The data subject has the following rights; requests to exercise these rights must be submitted to the data controller in writing. The data subject may review the personal data we have stored. The data subject may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning them. The data subject has the right to object to the use of their data for direct marketing. The data subject has the right to request the erasure of their data if the processing of the data is no longer necessary.

Is personal data transferred outside the EU?

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
